If you cancel your subscription before the next payment, you can continue to use our services until the next payment due date.
If you cancel your subscription, and the next payment due date is passed, then we reserve the right to erase your data. You can export your data via your vaBase account.
If you do not cancel your subscription, PayPal will collect payment automatically from you. It is your responsibility if you no longer wish to use our services, to cancel the recurring payment agreement within your PayPal account. We do not provide refunds after the auto-renewal of our services has completed.
Updates to vaBase products and services are released periodically. Critical security updates may also contain breaking changes that require an immediate update. When a new update or security patch for vaBase products and services is released, an update guide and email will be communicated to all customers with instructions on how to apply the changes to their system.
vaBase is not responsible for maintaining customer systems. It is the customers resposibility to apply the updates at their descretion to their instance of vaBase.
