	- Removing vaBase v1.0 direct links to vabase.com
	- Copying or reproducing our products.

vaBase reserves the right to force legal proceedings for any inappropriate miss conduct of our products and website.

3) Fraud Protection Notice

vaBase reserves the right to transmit URL information from any web server our products are used upon.

Each of our packages have embedded security features to track the where about of our products. Under no circumstances are you permitted to run two instances of a purchased package from vaBase. If such circumstances occur our product will terminate followed by an identity server report where, necessary legal proceedings will follow.

You agree:-

	- Not to replicate or attempt to run multiple instances of our products.
	- Not to share the product amongst other individuals.
	- Insure appropriate security measures are taken to protect the integrity of your product.
	- To only edit the product keeping all "hard code" intact and functional.

If any offence is committed it is possible appropriate legal will be taken on that individual.

vaBase reserves the right to hold private information about our clients once one of our products have been purchased. At no point will you be asked to give bank details or any other information than listed below. If you have been asked by one of our managers for banking details please email sale@vabase.com.

You are required to provide vaBase with:-

	- Date Of Birth
	- Telephone Number
	- Full Address
	- Email Address

It is a federal offence to provide false details and we reserve the right to terminate an account on these grounds.

Please be aware that IP Addresses are recorded when orders are placed through our site, and may be used or turned over to the authorities in establishing or investigating fraud on particular products.
